Chosen Solution today, i saw my lg g2 screen discolored, as there is an interference of the green color and purple. when i take a screenshot of the phone, the picture shows there is nothing wrong. possible something wrong with digitizer, i don’t know. it was dropped early on today, from a couch onto the carpet, not a huge drop. i checked it immediately and it was fine. hours later i saw the discoloration, and like i stated, the screenshot shows a normal screen with no discoloration (ruling out GPU problem), touch screen works, nothing is out of ordinary, except the purple and green....

Chosen Solution iPhone SE fell on stone floor. The screen is not broken, but the half vertical right side is on vertical lines and touch is not working on that side. What can it be? Chosen Solution have a horizontal line across middle of screen @kayzinha horizonatl lines are usually a sign of a bad panel, not a T-con board. However, you do want to remove the back of your TV and ensure that all cables are properly seated and check for any obvious damage on any board. Check for leaking or domed capacitors, missing or burned components. It might help if you post some images of what your display looks like as well as your boards....

We give information away for free but I guess not all people will do that. A new battery costs about $110 with shipping & tax. This one is a month and a half out of the one year warranty....

I managed to login using a bluetooth keyboard in order to reset the computer and revert to the version I was originally running. It took a day to do this, and it seemed to work fine after that. Chosen Solution At some point the external lense of my phones rear facing camera popped out of my phone. I ordered a new one but it doesn’t just pop in and stay. What do I need to do to properly reinstall this lense I ordered? I use b7000 liquid glue on the area where the adhesive usually goes to adhere the rear glass to the screen. You will need to remove the rear camera temporarily to avoid getting glue on it and dont put too much so that it doesn’t cover or smudge the lens area....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have an iPhone X to try to help a friend get running again. It is constantly rebooting (Apple logo, black, Apple logo, rinse and repeat). I’ve manually restarted the phone several times and have also gone into DFU mode to Update, Restore, Update and Restore. The process seems to work (I’m assuming so) since the update goes through on the Mac and on the iPhone (seeing progress), then it will reboot....

Here’s the problem: The bottom half of the screen appears to be inverted (as if someone has applied reverse video!) and there is a small (1/2 an inch) horizontal line half way in the reverse video zone with multiple multicolored vertical lines inside it....

Chosen Solution Does it depend at all on what part of the device I’m working on? Thanks! I would recommend it, especially if you’re going to be working on devices often. Or if you’re working in a dry environment, on carpeted floors or using a chair that is fabric (rather than leather/imitation leather, etc that is less likely to generate an electrostatic charge). I wouldn’t say it’s NECESSARY for a one time display replacement or something like that....

Chosen Solution It’s the same bulb for both tail light and brake light. Driver side tail light does not work, but passenger side works. Brake light (same bulb) works for both sides. @tmaia71 1st replace the bulb. Then check the wiring going to the lamp. Use a voltage tester (or a test light)and touch the bulb contacts on the inside of your lampp with the light turned on. If you have power, you are most likely having an issue with the bulb or the connector....

My concern would be some undisclosed problem with the device (water damage, partial loss of functionality etc). You know what they say…if the price is too good to be true, it probably isn’t. Unless you know this person personally (friend, relative), I would be wary of good deals....
