Chosen Solution Recently I was given an HP Pavilion dv6000 (dv6402ca), with a 1.7 Ghz Athlon x2 and an Nvidia GeForce Go 6150 integrated GPU. Apparently, this is one of those “black screen of death” machines where the motherboard is bound to inevitably fail due to BGA GPU solder cracking. My question is this: I’ve found dv6000 motherboards on eBay with a 2.0 Ghz Core Duo CPU/GM965 chipset. Are these motherboards also susceptible to “black screen of death” GPU failure, or are they relatively more reliable than boards with Nvidia graphics?...

Chosen Solution As the title states, my whirlpool duet sport (purchased used) got through one or two cycles before giving me either Sd or F21 error codes. Usually it’s the F21. I have verified there are no clogs in the system and the pump is running but no water is moving. What gives? Chosen Solution I replaced the display on an iMac and after replacing it the fan continues running. I plugged in the ribbon cables. What could be causing this problem? When taking the display off the computer be sure and save the LCD thermal sensor on the old broken display. You will need this or the fan will run at high speed after replacing the screen. Since the screen was shattered when I took the screen off I didn’t look for cables....

Is it possible to reset the battery cycle count and how without root? Does resetting the battery cycle count achieve the same thing as doing a battery calibration? Chosen Solution My headphone jack stopped working the other day, so i bought a new lightning dock/headphone jack and installed with no problems, but the headphone jack is still unresponsive to any type of 3.5mm cable. Chosen Solution I have no brake lights but my tail lights work. I recently had a trailer brake installed in my 2008 Nissan Pathfinder. I don’t know if this could be a cause of my problem. Any ideas? Chosen Solution When burning a CD from iTunes or GarageBand it say’s Failed Medium Write Error Burn speed is one of the possible factors related to this problem. In iTunes->Burn Playlist to Disc->Choose Options: Choose the option from the Preferred Speed pop-up menu, Change the CD recording speed, Specify a burn speed that is lower than the maximum speed rating for your optical drive. (try 1/2 that maximum speed ) Other possible variables: BE sure the disc is clean....

Chosen Solution When I push the power button on the camera, nothing seems to happen. The battery could be dead and needs to be charged, if the charging does not help, then it could be a more hard wired problem. Refer to the troubleshooting page for more info on battery problems.
