Chosen Solution S5 dropped on tile floor, there was a little water on the floor. The screen didnot shatter or cracked. What you are describing is the FRP (Factory Reset Protection) security feature. Is the device one you set up originally? You should have the option to have the password reset and sent to your email or to a phone number if you can’t remember it....

I can’t find any damage on the motherboard, on the 2nd pin of the fan connector output is 5v I try also the SMC reset. Hardware diagnose error is PPF004 Do you have any tips? Not sure why you jumped to the logic board as you still have the connection pathway to it to check....

All that was needed was a Philips screw driver. It the cover has no flats so as to accommodate an adjustable wrench, then try a rubber strap wrench....

Hi there, Under the laptop there is usually 1 or 2 small hatches with a few screws. One usually houses RAM, the other the hard drive. Unscrew the screws securing the hard drive and replace with a new one. You will then need a windows install disc handy to reinstall the operating system....

The first thing you should do is see if there is physical damage to the camera. If there is not ensure the batteries are correctly seated in the camera and are not dead.
