I had them for one day in my pocket and already had some microabrasions and one tiny dark spot that does not rub off… I was wondering if there’s any product that could remove those micro-abrasions and this tiny dark spot! Thank you! You could give Bon Ami Cleaner a try to get the dark spot out. Chosen Solution Inherited an a1224 iMac from the neighbors. They were throwing it out because it wouldnt turn on. I rescued it from the dump trip! First thing i did was plug it in and power it up and away it went, working fine. Chosen Solution How do I manually open the door? There is a tab on the bottom of the door lock assembly that you can pull until it clicks to manually unlock the washer door. To access this tab, unplug the washer and remove the bottom front service panel as shown in the first image below. Once the door is unlocked, you may be able to close it and then drain the washer to finish the cycle if there is no damage to the plunger or the door lock assembly....

Chosen Solution After replacing the battery, I’m having problems reconnecting the speaker connector to the motherboard. Is it possible that at disassembly you removed the speaker AND the connector itself, as in —scraped the connector off the logic board itself when you pulled up on the speaker wire? The speaker should be straightforward to connect back in its connector unless you have connector damage, or ripped the connector off the board (both are easy to do)....
Chosen Solution One night when I checked the phone, the home button was burning like none before and slowly i started to feel unusual warm from whole iphone 6 plus but no temperature warming sign at time. I immediately switch it off for good. About half hour later. I turn it on again. Everything seem to be normal, however it only last for 15mins. And home button is getting hot again....
Chosen Solution The new home button assembly does not come with the home button face or the metal button face bezel. How do you remove these from the old home button assembly so as to attach to the new home assembly? Best way is to order a fully assembled one from eBay white or black. You will avoid a lot of wasted time ;)

To test this, I read you can turn the machine on directly from the solder points on the logic board. How do you do this and where are they? Yikes! It’s really not recommended. It’s very easy with iBooks, but not so much with MacBooks....
