Chosen Solution Sorry for my poor english. I went to run on the playground with my phone, accidentally fell it on the ground and the screen was broken (I didn’t use cover). Is it expensive to change a new one? Go to apple store or third party store? Third party store. The pricing is fairly good. Around $60 USD probably for a iPhone 6 screen replacement. Just to note if the iPhone has a dented frame or bent frame apple will charge $349 for a out of warranty exchange replacement which includes data being wiped....

Chosen Solution Last night, I went to start my dishwasher. I pressed the Start button before noticing that I was on “Pots and Pans” instead of “Normal”. I immediately pressed the “Cancel” button in order to change the cycle. I heard the drain cycle start and finish, then I saw the “Normal” button flashing. I could not select any other cycle, and got no reaction when pressing “Start”. I pressed the “Cancel” button again, but it just started flashing as well as the “Normal” button....

Chosen Solution What’s the difference between a screen with frame and no frame? A screen WITH a frame assembly is typically the better choice for a few reasons. One is you’re less likely to damage the replacement while fitting it on the old frame. In my experience it’s also easier to swap to a new frame and screen assembly and if the broken screen is still good, you can send it back to the supplier for a credit or keep it on hand for data recovery....

What I would do is sweep up the pieces, put them in your disposal, run it and enjoy the smell and the cleaning effect of the orange on the disposal....

Chosen Solution Fred Turner, the fuse is reference designator F9700. It is a 3AMP 32V in a 603 package. Use an ohm meter to check for continuity. Hope this helps, good luck. Update U9701 is the backlight driver LP8545SQX Q9706 and Q9707 are the MOSFET (power for the backlight)

Chosen Solution I took the evaporator coil cover out of my GE Freezer (GNE29GSKSS) to inspect the coils for frost. I was wiping the top of the freezer down and accidentally unclipped the defrost thermostat. Please see pic and let me know if it should attach to the first or second tubing in the picture provided. I reclipped it for the pic but I’m not sure if that’s where its supposed to go....

Chosen Solution first off this isnt the actual model of my TV, it doesn’t have mine, my model is LG 60PB5600. i was swapping out my chrome cast and the HDMI lid popped off and got pushed into the TV so i was wondering what i could do to fix that since i only have one If you’re saying the HDMI port broke off inside the TV you’ll need to remove the main board (green) and solder the port back into place, assuming the traces on the circuit board are intact....

Originally, when I unplugged it and plugged it back in, the red light would come on, and once I pressed the power button the red light would turn off and stay off. If I pressed the power button again it would remain off until I unplugged it again and plugged it back in....

Where is water detector placed ? Thanks Your MacBook Air has what Apple calls LSI (Liquid Submersion Indicators) located throughout your Book. These will turn red when activated. If it were me I would take it completely down and look for where the water has been and the LSI activated....

Chosen Solution I found an iPhone and want to know what if it’s AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint etc. Is there any way to figure that out? Open up the phone settings, then general, then, about, scroll down to see (carrier), it will say AT&T or Sprint or whatever carrier it is locked to. Just take it to the Apple store. They will provide a SIM card free of charge. They can easily tell which carrier it is locked to....

This specific machine aside, does anyone know how to disable onboard RAM on an iBook G3/G4? I once saw a guide to cutting the paths to the RAM on the logic board, but that seems a little extreme, and I’m wondering if there’s an easier and more effective method, perhaps a command line command I can enter?...

Chosen Solution It’s a stainless steel dishwasher. It was stinky when I moved into the house about a year ago, but running it through a wash cycle clears up the problem… for a day or so. If I leave the door of the dishwasher closed, whether there are dishes inside or it’s empty, it develops a rotten smell. It does this even when I leave the door open after running it to make sure it’s completely dry....

Chosen Solution I was trying to pull the ribbon into the socket and I think it bent a little too much and the keys aren’t responsive now. Just wondering if I need to get another keyboard or if I just need to pull it in more. I don’t think I can pull it anymore though….. x.x I use a piece of tape on the cable to help pull it deeper into the slot before locking it in place....

Chosen Solution After an iPad 2 A1395 16Gb White was left in a bag where a bottle of juice popped, everything looked OK, except the lack of touch screen. Digitizer replaced, but still no change. Few reseats & restarts. Checked no cable creases etc. Cleaned (best I could) the contacts with ISO alcohol. I had an old smashed digitiszer which I butchered the cable from and made a couple of spacers to increase the pressure in the zif sockets....
