Chosen Solution Having trouble re installing the front facing camera assembly, I was told to buy the plastic holders for the camera and sensor, I am not sure where to put the sensor holder and I can’t seem to make it all fit without the actual assembly partially blocking off the slot where to earpiece clips in. Any ideas? Your front camera plastic holder is not in the correct orientation. Rotate it 90°C clockwize and it will fit the front camera no problem....

Chosen Solution The clear iphone back kit is sweet, but it occurs to me that you are probably using a polycarbonate sheet rather than a glass one. I would love to make a glass back to maintain the feel that was designed into the iPhone. I can cut glass flat patterns easily, but am unaware of how the rear panel mounts. The SMS app is set to the sound I want too. Hi @brieze , Couple of last suggestions. Check the following setting: (realize that you may have done this already just covering all possibilities). Go to Home > Settings > Sound > System >Default Notification Sound and ensure that it is set to a tone rather than ’none' Backup your phone using the phone’s backup feature, then reset your phone using the phone’s factory reset feature....

Chosen Solution Hi. I purchased what was advertised as a Grade A used OEM trackpad for my 11” Early 2014 MacBook Air. The part number is supposed to be 923-0429, and I assume that it is because it looks just like the photos in the iFixit guide for replacing that part on that machine. However, there is no visible part number that I can see specified on the actual trackpad. When I went to install the replacement trackpad everything went fine and seemed to fit except that I cannot insert the end of the data cable into the corresponding ZIF connector on the trackpad - the end of the cable is too wide....

Now my MacBook doesn’t turn on again. Have a video of it. Sadly, I’l thinking the logic board graphics circuit had a failure. This series logic boards are very difficult to fix. Chosen Solution I’ve got an iPhone 5s and when I plug in my headphones, there is an awful distortion. I replaced the headphone jack/lightning assembly with the same result. The problem is that if I don’t push the headphones in all the way, they sound fine. It’s just the last “click” where it goes wrong. Anyone have any ideas? Chosen Solution Recently placed my iPod on a slightly magnetized metal plate (a cover for a nook that I think was made magnetic due to the magnetic clasp). The iPod played for several minutes and then shut down. The symptoms are ,click wheel does not rotate,turns on when menu spot pressed.
