Very recently the connection of my MBP to the wi-fi network in my home has started to present with the same issues that would suggest that the airport card cable needs replacing once again - intermittent connection drops, general lag in browsing. I have ruled out this being my router, modem or ISP, as other devices are not encountering this issue....

Chosen Solution Got a rush job here; dead MacBook Pro, need to remove HD to recover data for use in another machine. Don’t have the special 5 point Torx to remove the battery. Chosen Solution Hi all - Toro Timecutter MX 5050 zero-turn lawnmower My new lawnmower abruptly stopped today. The engine kicks on just fine, but engaging the steering handles are non-responsive. My first thought was that I ran over something that jammed a gear or something. I don’t know enough about zero-turns to diagnose. Any thoughts on what I should check first? Chosen Solution So, my little brother’s Xbox is reporting Error 0x8027025a when he tries to boot it up. A quick search suggests this is an issue with Xbox services or possible a corrupt cache? So far he’s tried the usual. Turning it off and on, leaving it unplugged for 30 seconds, a soft reset, and checking Xbox service status, which is showing up as green across the board. Obviously since it’s not able to boot up the dashboard, he can’t get into any of the setting menus, which makes any sorts of software wipes impossible, as far as I’m aware So, what is my next best route?...

Chosen Solution The washer displayed the SUD error message, so I left it alone and eventually the message went away and was replaced with error code F02. After research, I found that this error code is due to not draining. I have done all the suggested things to make sure that drain is not plugged up or kinked etc. I cannot find any “clean out” on my model washer. The drum spins freely if I turn it by hand....

But wondering if Apple Store will do a replacement. Has anyone investigated the cost? Will they even do it? Here in France they wont give you quotes over the phone and it’s a week before I can get an appointment. Apple may have an extended warranty for your system I would start there....

Chosen Solution My HTC One M7 has the purple tint camera issue. HTC wouldn’t repair it (long story), so is there a way to fix it myself? I don’t think replacing just the lens would do anything. I think it’s a heat related issue. Would adding thermal paste to the heat plate help it? Restart your phone. Force to stop the camera app, clear cache and data. Uninstall the new app you download recently if you have, because it may affect the camera app....

Reach over and touch the center screw of a wall electrical outlet, if the house is wired with a ground. Touching a radiator or gas pipe will also work. But do this every time you sit down as walking around on most carpets will generate a charge....

Chosen Solution When i turn on my Denon AVR-1603 the power LED comes on however no sound is outputted and the LCD screen does not light up or show anything on it. Hi, seems like there is something wrong with the power supply. I would guess the +5V doesn´t works. If you have a service manual you can try to fix it, otherwise i would look for a service technician.
Chosen Solution Hello all, I was given a retina MBP, because of an issue. It’s in decent shape and actually works some of the time. I’m attaching a photo of the screen I see, just before it powers itself off. It will then sometimes go into a boot loop. If anyone has seen this before, or has an idea where I should start troubleshooting please let me know. Resetting the SMC and/or the NVRAM has absolutely no effect on the issue....

Chosen Solution Due to the condition of the panel (black spots from wet storage), I do not plan on spending a lot of money on repairs for this monitor - $20 max with margin of error. As much as I like 1920x1200 16:10, it isn’t worth spending a lot on a monitor with panel damage :(. After this monitor is on for a few minutes, the unit has a audible hum - a dead giveaway for bad capacitors....
