Chosen Solution Has anyone had this happen, I have replaced the fuel cap, fuel lines, filter and no luck, seems like it is vapor locked. Does it more in warm weather, not as often in winter, help! Will a new fuel pump help? Chosen Solution The top half of the touch screen on my Sony Ericsson Play (R800i) is unresponsive. I can’t get past the passcode to do anything through the menus. I repaired one of these the other day and initially replaced the digitiser which didn’t solve the problem..turned out to be the slider flex. If I’d followed my hunch that it was the problem I could have saved myself a whole lot of tooing and froing taking it apart and resitting connectors....

Chosen Solution hi i have checked the drain hose , cleared the filter , and also checked the pump is spinning freely . issue isnt present during mid cycle . water is draining during wash but near the end of the cycle the drain issue becomes apparent and it faults on the OE code . The error code “OE” is a Drain error. Cause 1 Drain Pump Sometimes, small objects or articles of clothing can get caught in the drain pump....

Chosen Solution So I’m trying to see if its possible to change or even fix the charging port on the speaker mine will no longer take a charge and the pins look a little bent inside of the unit..not sure if its feasible to even repair or change it..thanks anyways Alexander, biggest issue will be to find the right port. If you can find a replacement port, unsolder the old one and replace with a new one....

Chosen Solution When our ‘07 Dodge Caravan is parked with engine off, vibrations or sounds trigger a “beep” from the horn. Is there a way to adjust or “dial back” the sensitivity or a way to disconnect the motion sensor(s)? @mr_fixit104 ,john, check that all door/hood lock contacts are aligned and clean, I believe if dirty/poor contact or not aligned vibration could set alarm off. Chosen Solution Hello, I’ve got an problem with my Mid-2010 27" iMac (A1312, EMC 2390, 3.6 GHZ, 12 GB of RAM, HD 5750 1GB). When I press the power button it starts normally but the display stays powered off. I tried to check with a light if it was a backlight failure but it’s not. The display displays nothing at all. Chosen Solution Hi, Got an iPad here that the customer said its just not powering on. I plugged it into the PC and opened 3uTools and it wasn’t turned on. I charged it for more than 24 hours waiting for life but there was none. I changed the charging port and still made no difference. Chosen Solution The dock connector coming out has no screw in mounting bracket, it slips in snug and secure. The replacement requires screws and does not seem to fit. I could send pictures if hat would help. Did you order this part from iFixit? If so, please contact iFixit support. We are just volunteers helping people fix their stuff.

Chosen Solution The dryer shows F-01 when I try to start it. Is this a fuse issue? If so, which fuse? marksmonaco. the F01 indicates a failed electronic machine control board. First try to reset your washer by unplugging your dryer for a while. then plug it back in and see if you still get that error. If the error code returns after plugging the dryer then the electronic machine control board will need to be replaced....
