Chosen Solution Seeking a replacement for my PowerMac G4 DP, I have decided on a PowerMac G5 2.7GHz DP Quad core. I have been informed that Delphi and Panasonic manufactured liquid cooling systems for this machine - Delphi’s being dangerously unreliable. How can I tell which lcs is installed without dismantling the machine? As I understand it the problematic models were the G5/2.5 DP (PCI-X) (June 2004) and G5/2.7 DP (PCI-X) (Early 2005)- aka PowerMac7,3- which were prone to leaking....

Chosen Solution My front camera is cracked, will purchasing the front camera kit replace the actual camera screen? 9 out of 10 when you see a crack on the front camera is most likely a crack on the screen and not the front camera. Your front cam is hard to crack. It sits underneath the glass of the screen of your phone. If you see a crack when taking pictures, it usually means the glass screen protection or the screen itself is broken, or there is something lodged between the front cam and screen....

Chosen Solution I have a MacBook Air 13” early 2015 that doesn’t want to turn on. By that i mean absolutely nothing is happening when you push the “On” button. The fan doesn’t start spinning, it doesn’t even show sign of trying to move. But every time i push the “on” button you can hear small beep noise from the fan. Sounds like it’s trying to start but fails instantly. I have already checked the battery, charging port and charger and found nothing wrong....

Chosen Solution I dropped my iphone 5s in the toilet and afterwards put it in rice. Now it turns on and is fully functional except it won’t connect to the verizon network. It says searching in upper left corner. It has an meid number and this is the only problem. How much to fix or how much can i sell this for? @meghan009 should have skipped the rice. It will not prevent corrosion nor will it fix the phone, it is a misleading myth....

Chosen Solution my iphone shows a black screen when i turn on my frontcam. i changed the frontcam with 3 diffrent replacements and it’s still black. the top speaker does work can somone help me ? There would be one more thing you can look at and that is the connector on the logic board. Check there is no damage to the pins; you might need a magnifying glass to check properly....

Chosen Solution Playing PS 3 NHL I turn on machine and “sometimes” freezes and sometimes works fine. Tried to power down and restart with success. Is there a problem I can fix? Check the disc to see if it is dirty/scratched badly or not. Does it always freeze at the same point? Back up your saved game, uninstall the game, then reinstall it. If it had always frozed at the same place, but has now changed, your hard drive may be going bad....

Post some images of what your screen display with your question. If will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide for that. Worst case scenario you will have to open it up using this guide and check the cable connections to ensure it is properly seated....

Chosen Solution I bought my macbook pro from a friend who fixes up computers. When I took it home the iSight didn’t work, it doesn’t show up in the usb in system profiler and i get this message when i open up photobooth, “There is no connected camera.” My friend opened it up and reconnected the cables, reset the p-ram and all that stuff. Chosen Solution So I replaced the screen and used a third party cheaper screen on my old iPhone 6, but now the home button is a bit loose and I can wiggle it with my finger so to speak, and its making a rattling noise when I touch the home button. The home button works fine except the Touch ID (which is another topic). I have used this exactly same screen brand 3 times earlier both for this phone and other iPhones, and I have not experienced this kind of problem any of the previous times....

Chosen Solution i accidentally caused a transistor or something to spark on the logic board of a macbook pro (A1708), it left a scorch mark on the component. i don’t have the part with me right now, but here’s an image of what looks to be the the same logic board model. the scorch mark was on the horizontal piece in the red circled area. The computer still seems to turn on though...

Chosen Solution I mistakenly set the washer to Heavy Duty cycle. It needed to be Delicate! I unplugged it, and it continued where it left off! I couldn’t find my model washer on the list, and there is no “other” selection. My washer is a GE: Model GTW680BSJ 4WS GE. Diagnostic Led always ON when i plug it in, but when i press Power button then Leed 1 goes OFF and nothing happen. Sometimes when Led1 is ON and i press PowerButton it works normaly.
