Chosen Solution Hey everyone, i have an ipad 4 wifi model here in for repair . The customer told me it wouldn’t boot up and it had a black screen. Anyways, it’s locked into DFU Mode . I try to restore the device, it goes to waiting for iPad on iTunes and than gives me error code 4014. 3utools gives me error such as unable to switch from dfu mode to recovery mode....

Chosen Solution Hi everyone, I just repaired an iPhone 6S. The front camera is not working, simply a black screen, but the ear piece, proximity sensor do work. I tried the same screen with camera and the rest on another iPhone 6S and everything works perfectly. Considering this, where would the problem be in your opinion ? The rear camera has to work in order for the front camera to be enabled....
Chosen Solution Anyone ever attempted a battery replacement on this? I know iFixit says there’s super strong adhesive but if it’s similar to the strong adhesive on the iPhone battery, then it just seems like the same process but 5 times. Mine is wearing out and sitting at 85-89% with about 280 cycles. I feel like the degradation is going pretty fast… (and yes, I will bring it to Genius Bar later if I can’t do the fix myself)....

Apple has just announced a (lower cost, not free) replacement program for iPhone 6+ affected by Touch Disease. Of course, they don’t call it that. They will replace your device with a refurbished unit and there are numerous reports that even refurbed 6+ also suffer from Touch Disease....

Chosen Solution I replaced the battery on my 10.1 2014 tablet. Tablet booted up fine and charges, but now the Home button is unresponsive. My guess is one of the two leads that run over the battery are not fully reconnected, but I wanted to ask the question before prying the back off again. Thank you for suggestions. I pried the back off again, one of the two leads that you unplug to remove the battery was not fully inserted....

It also kinda duplicates the upper part, so the lower part is barely visible. I haven’t touched my laptop for over 2 months because of personal reasons. Chosen Solution Is there any way to transfer data from one iPhone to another? I would simply use itunes for this task. Just back up all data on the iPhone and name the phone after the name u wish to give the other iPhone. When u connect the second iPhone just sync it with itunes. Its that simple. I dont think there are any other methods or short cuts to this....

The Xbox will allow you to customize your controller’s paddles (along with other buttons). What you will need to do is download the Xbox Accessories App. You can download the app on your Xbox by navigating to the ‘Apps’ tab on the Xbox dashboard. Chosen Solution Microsoft’s latest ‘Elite’ Controller 2 (04/11/2019 UK release) has a built-in battery, is there a reliable teardown, where I can safely access the controller internals to replace the battery for future reference? (I would’ve selected the correct device, however Elite 1 was the only option) Thanks in advance! so basically you take of the two rear hand grips, and unscrew the four screws which are torx T9 screwdriver bits, then you pull of the front casing then take the internals out of the rear casing, disconnect the battery from the port on the mother board, then you plug in your new battery put your internals back in the rear cover, put the front cover on screw it back together and put the hand grips back on and hey presto new battery this wont take any longer then 10 minutes to do and you’re welcome...
Chosen Solution Has anyone else seen a problem with paper not feeding completely through the ADF on an Epson XP-830? The paper only gets three-quarters of the way through. I’ve inspected and cleaned the ADF but the the problem persists. This is usually caused by a failing ADF motor or worn out pickup rollers. Depending on how much you use the ADF mainly determines which problem is more likely, since some of these printers are a few years old....
