Chosen Solution When I push the power button, I hear the chime but the screen stays black, the fan does not run, and the processor gets hot quickly. I have tried clearing the PRAM and resetting the SMC to no avail. Replaced the logic board and fan but the problem persists. Chosen Solution Basically, my friend threw my Samsung Galaxy S8 in the pool [Pool around 0.3m deep] (because I splashed water at him…) and the digiziter of my S8 stopped working so I used Bixby to navigate through the phone. Everything of that phone is fine but just the OLED panel and the digitizer. Sometimes, the screen will suddenly flicker to green colour and it will just go ‘crazy’. The problem is unless you have an old old model which can use leaked Canon service tools which can run locally (the newer ones are cloud based or still need to be leaked and cracked) the printer is dead....

The latter doesn’t apply as there are no software or stability issues. So the temperature sensor(s) is either faulty or not connected. This would kind of make sense, as the fans do run heavy, even if the mac book isn’t doing particularly much....

Chosen Solution Fan making noise, asking how to disconnect the fan from the motherboard, Hi @axeman007 , The last thing that you should want to be doing is disconnecting the fan from the motherboard. The fans are there to provide direct cooling to the CPU and the GPU. Without this cooling the processors could overheat and make your laptop either unstable or unworkable. (For verification of this, just search through the ifixit answers forum to see all the problems people have had with the fan/ fan vents in laptops, just being clogged up with dust) The processors could even fail and then you’d have to replace the motherboard....
Chosen Solution When I plug my camera, the red light just blinks. Not solid. Don’t know whats wrong. Not charges or no power anything. I did some research and apparently the LED indication of red flashing light means that the battery is faulty. Try ordering a replacement battery (less than 10 us dollars) and that should fix your issue.

It may be a faulty door switch. One way to find out if it is a faulty door switch, if that is the problem, is to leave a door open and to manually operate the switch by hand and check if the lights go out in the compartment as I suspect that the switch is used for two functions, telling the control board to turn the lights on and off and also to turn the evaporator fan on and off....
