Chosen Solution Epson EB 675W projector. Blue power light when plugged in. Press power button, blue power light stays on, blue status light starts blinking. Fan spins up normally, but bulb never lights up. Status light keeps blinking for about two minutes and then projector turns off, blue power light still lit. No reaction from any button press after initial power button press. Have tried changing the bulb, no difference. Have had it open, removed and mounted the ballast board in another known good EB-475 I have, as they are practically the same....

Chosen Solution Screen replaced but the home button lost all functionality. It is the original equipment from the original iPhone 8. Help? You would need to check your home button flex cable first, the one that is attached to the screen. Look under a magnifying glass to see if there is a slight tear. If it is not the flex cable it will be a component on the home button assembly....

The front camera doesn’t work at all, just shows black in the camera app. However, the rear camera works perfectly fine. The speaker on the front does work, as well. This is the part that makes me wary. The screen is shattered in the top half to the point where you can see the front camera fully....

Chosen Solution no i did it! broke of a small component on top of the motherboard. its the one responsible for the front camera. after some diggin’ on the internet i found out that it can be fix by making a small bridge. tried it but it didn’t work because the pads are missing. solder just didn’t take. as you can see in the picture, there is still some copper left....

Chosen Solution I wanted to know what the proper gas/oil mixture is for the weed whacker? I believe that the proper mix for those is a 40:1. Meaning 40 parts of gasoline to one part 2 cycle motor oil mix. Here is the How-To Good Luck An easier way to say 40:1 is to mix one gallon of FRESH gasoline with one 3.2 FL OZ bottle of 2-cycle engine oil and shake well before use....

Chosen Solution bought used from thrift store. Looks new,but when I turn it on it hums even with all of the dials turned down. And if I plug in my cord it starts popping.I don’t know whats wrong exactly.I’m thinking power switch? Its MOST likely a loose solder connection somewhere in the unit, maybe on the front panel jack, maybe on the volume pot. It could also be the output IC TDA2050, but usually when those blow they don’t sit there humming away afterward, I would suggest looking thru the unit for problems like the ones listed here....

Chosen Solution Hi guys, Looking to order a new home button and ribbon cable, but the one listed for the iPad air looks more like the newer iPads with the finger id scanner… whereas the broken one that is currently in the iPad has the outline of a cube like most apple devices before the finger scanner. Chosen Solution I have an pad air (WiFi), but i accidentally dropped it. So i ordered the new glass digitizer. 1 day before it was delivered i removed the old glass. Today the new glass arrived, so i wanted to install it right away. everything works fine. but i have one problem i haven’t glued (stickers) it in place yet. Chosen Solution My brother broke my tablet’s charging port while he was unplugging it, and now it’s really sensitive. I have to have the charger positioned exactly the right way, then I have to prop it up on something (like a pencil), and I have to check on it every 5 minutes to make sure it’s still charging. And I found out that its actually losing battery power (last night it had 40%, but now it has 28%)....

Chosen Solution The GND pin in the micro usb port for the charger is severed. I think it broke while I was struggling to plug it in. The port has been giving me issues for a few months now and I’ve been using a very fine blade to move the pins back in place to line up with the slot in the charger. Now I need to replace the port because this piece is missing....

I ended up breaking one of the hinges on the white butterfly switch and ordered a replacement key that includes a new switch and dome. Chosen Solution My network port does not connect via ethernet, the machine does not recognize the connection, and nothing appears on the bios, I can not identify if it is a software or hardware problem. Do I need to buy another wireless or wired network card? Make sure your device drivers are up to date. Here is a link to the support page. Chosen Solution Originally this laptop would not turn on because something was wrong with the RAM. After fiddling with it a while i figured out the bottom RAM slot was broken and I tried some crude fixes which didn’t work. Throughout that testing and turning on and off the machine it seemed to work fine, but shortly after closing up the computer after trying to see if I could wedge a card between the RAM slots the screen started blinking....

Chosen Solution I’m a deployed military member, hoping not to have to send my Ipod in to Apple, as I know it’ll be a long turn around most likely. It is stuck on the Connect to your computer, use Itunes to restore, white screen. It will only be periodically recognized by my computer when plugged in via USB. When it is, I cannot format it, because any time I try to right click on the device, it will not respond and I get the perpetual “blue circle” indicating windows explorer is searching/working....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have a Macbook Pro which I’d like to repair for a family member of mine. The Macbook has had an upgrade to a Samsung 850 Evo SSD a year ago and ran just fine. It crashed and the entire SSD is erased. No big deal, but I’d like to reinstall the OS but it doesn’t seem to work. Trying to format the SSD with command + R goes to internet recovery with no menu, after this small bar is full it loads up a slightly larger bar and then gives me a white screen....

I quit on trying to find an inexpensive repair in order to preserve face id so I will replace the component. Since the ALS has to do with truetone. If i replace it will I have to program truetone?
