Chosen Solution Whenever I restart my maxed out 15” MacBook Pro, the date and time constantly get reset. I’m thinking that this is a NVRAM issue, so I’ll be trying a NVRAM reset later. I was just wondering if there was any sort of CMOS Battery or something along those lines that make sure that the NVRAM settings are saved, since I’m not too sure what to do if a NVRAM reset doesn’t work....

Chosen Solution I have a digital d2 tablet and the screen dose not respond when i touch it. Can you give me some possibilities on how to fix this problem? Have you tried restarting the device? That usually fixes the issue. If that does not help, try playing with the volume. If the volume works, then the touch sensor may have gone bad.

Chosen Solution When we push the eject button, there is a clicking noise like it is trying to eject, but can’t make it happen. Did the fan test (turn off the system, hold finger on eject button while turning the system back on) to no avail. any ideas? There are a couple of different parts in the drive that can cause that problem and it also depends on if there is already a disk in the system....
Chosen Solution I have a mid 2009 17in MBP 2.8GHz. The screen/display flickers with green symmetrical lines at random times. Its makes watching a video or gaming frustrating. They so up almost symmetrical around images. I did find a temporary fix doing a google search. If I apply pressure with my hand to the bottom of the laptop underneath the area of the left option key, it magically goes away. When I release the pressure it comes back....
Chosen Solution Cause of Fault: Unknown Fault: Phone powers on, can hear startup tones, and it vibrates. Screen stays black. No Samsung logo, no activity. I used #0 phillips and guitar pick to disassemble device and checked all connections for connectivity and corrosion. I noticed no corrosion and water damage indicators look good. I cleaned Motherboard and connections with some isopropyl and used a soft paint brush to clean. I AM LOST and hope I don’t have to purchase another display assembly....

The dimensions for the HB436486ECW are 84.4 x 63.06 x 4.15mm So even though it is shorter and narrower, it is thicker so the case may not close properly and trying to fit it may exert too much pressure on the battery and the other components in the phone....

I then powered on the phone and tested all functions…. After the repair one of the first things I tested was the fingerprint scanner. It read my fingerprint and stored my fingerprint. I replaced the DC in-board following the excellent instructions on this website and plugged in with a known working adapter.
