Chosen Solution So my co workers iphone 5 home button fell out of nowhere. no more warranty, apple wants 200 to fix it. my question is if i attempt to help her fix it, do i need a new cable? or a new button? the plastic button itself is what fell off. thanks in advance. If the only thing that fell off is the plastic button cover, then that is the only thing that needs to be replaced unless the actual button connected to the ribbon does not work....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have a Hotpoint XECO85TI2GH frost free fridge freezer which is only 3 years old and out of warranty now (of course). Recently the fridge has not been cooling. I was advised to turn it off for a couple of days to make sure no ice had built up, which I did. It’s still not cooling properly. Chosen Solution Daughters machine arrived for dad to fix. Won’t start. Partner admitted to mucking about with the OS. Re installed 10.7 worked OK. Next day wouldn’t fire up again. Reinstalled the OS, and heaps of other software. seemed sluggish so opted for a reboot. Wouldn’t start again. Option D at start up shows the curser (moves with mouse) but no options (HD, optical disk or USB). Screen is backlit. Chosen Solution Hello! I’ve come across a large quantity of G4 12" 1.33GHZ machines. Usually about 1 in 30 has the Airport card socket issue (which causes kernel panics and makes the machine unusable when wireless is on) but in this case it seems 1 in 6 or 7 are having the issue. I usually scrap these machines for parts, but since I’m encountering a lot of them, I’m recalling from years ago that someone mentioned a “shimm” fix that can help the issue....

Chosen Solution Have a kenmore elite dryer, front loading, steam not hooked up. Dryer suddenly will trip a call service error, if I run an express dry (18 mins) it will heat up fine but shut off in the last 3 mins when it tries to switch to ‘cool down’ Clothes are warm, so the dryer appears to be getting heat.
