The LCD works, the backlit too and the glass is intact it’s a shame that this stays like this. It is possible to repair? If so, how? Chosen Solution Hi have changed the back light IC on the logic board. The back light issue is solved after replacing the back light IC but like always it is some or the other with ipads . Chosen Solution As per title, phone responds and charges through itunes. Restore was successful. But no screen, sound or vibration. Also, no sound / response when connecting earphones to the 3.5mm jack. This is a belated answer so hopefully it can be of use to folks who search for and find this question.
