Chosen Solution I did search and found out that two common parts are magnetron and diode, so I spent $80 to replace them. However, replacement of parts did not fix the issue. Before spending $$, any suggestion on what I should replace next? Microwave is running fine with normal sound, but food is not heated. Could faulty door switch cause no heating issue? I ordered capacitor next. If it doesn’t work out, then will look into thermal cut-offs....

The antenna contacts to the iPhone housing are held in by two phillips head screws that screw into the iPhone’s housing at the top of the logic board. Chosen Solution Our Kenmore HE3 dryer won’t start when I press the Start button in the control knob. This problem occurred occasionally starting about a year ago, but last weekend, the dryer quit working altogether. We’re not sure if the issue is the interface circuit board or the control knob. Chosen Solution I have a Sony RX100M5. When I flip the display up in selfie mode, the image will not change to selfie mode. It stays inverted. When If I place a small magnet at a particular place on the housing, the image inverts as long as the magnet is there. Then it always stays inverted even when display is is brought to normal position. I think what you can do is just revert the magnet under the screen....

Honestly, I would just get a case that has a kickstand. UAG has a case with a kickstand. I am sure there are others out there. Just getting to the Surface’s kickstand requires disassembling the entire device. Even then, I don’t know if the kickstand is repairable....

Chosen Solution Whenever i go to my gallery to try to share a picture it doesnt give me options to share it just opens another app. it opens google pic, and other downloaded apps that i have but never the share options. I think you need to clear default app settings by going to either: Settings > Apps/Applications > Default Applications, and the clear all. or Settings > Apps/Applications > Google+ > Clear Defaults and redo the previous operation for Picasa and Gallery and then try sharing again....

Chosen Solution Hello everybody! I recently repaired my broken/constantly depleting iPhone 4 battery using this iPhone 4 Battery Replacement instruction. After exchanging the parts and not touching anything with my bare hands I reassembled the device. Afterwards I had a pretty bad reception but it was manageable. Chosen Solution It looks like the temperature sensor in the iMac for the hard drive if now gone in the teardown - can iFixit confirm? If it has gone, this is great, as now I can add and remove a hard drive without Apple’s specifications for a temperature sensor built in, like in 2009 and 2010 iMacs. I switched out the hard drive on a 27" 2011 today and I can confirm that the hard drive sensor that attached to the drive is gone....
