Chosen Solution I’m looking to change of the capacitors on my fan but I could only find one’s that are almost similar in rating. Is it okay to use the capacitors from this seller: https://shopee.com.my/Kipas-Capacitor-OR… Here’s the PCB of my fan: https://i.imgur.com/VOA3cWQ.jpg As you can see some of the caps provided by the seller has similar voltage but different uF and vice versa. Should I keep looking for capacitors with the exact rating or is it okay to have some slight difference in rating?...

Chosen Solution Hi! Does anyone know how to fix this lamp? It has three sockets inside and is touch sensitive. You can touch it up to three times to turn each bulb on. I’m not sure if I accidentally put 60 watt bulbs in instead of 40 watts and burnt it out. It just won’t turn on anymore. Chosen Solution driver power window not working First check the fuses.If that’s ok pull the door panel off and check the switch for power if the switch is ok then check your wiring from the panel out. If there’s a break in the wiring its usually in the door hinge area where the wires pass from the body into the door. If all of this is fine and you have power all the way down to the power window motor yet you still have no Joy then you will probably need a new regulator motor....

Chosen Solution First noticed clock stopped. Tries to open settings to change but nothing seems to work on bottom of page. Cannot enter settings, open Microsoft menu with apps, and all disappeared at page bottom including IE and downloads, etc. Help???? You can probably help us along by telling us what OS it is. Chosen Solution Factory reset without the number or email address So…you can do it. Hold down volume key, and power button, until it boots into recovery mode. You can then choose to do a reset. Any ideas Update (08/26/2016) thanks. both frige and freezer compartment are working, Temperature is good, but only a red triangle is displayed. This red triangle is there to tell you your temperatures are higher than normal. Somethings not working right, Put a thermometer in and check the freezer and refrigerator compartment to try to isolate the issue....

First of all, the sensors was ‘laggy’ when I was connecting (e.g aux) in my phone like 1-2 months ago, now the problem became bigger as it started to lag continuosly but not so much. But today when I woke up and turned the screen on and unlocked it afterwards, I noticed that same apps (messages, genius, weather and few more) were opening by itself, if I open safari or messages the phone types random stuff by itself like gggfffff and stuff like that....

It seems like a no brained to do it all at once to avoid opening the Mac multiple times. Thanks Honestly, if you have the time and the parts to upgrade your machine in one go then I say go for it. Your machine will definitely get a boost in performance from installing an SSD, and you can easily upgrade your processor with a i7 2600s (65W) or 6770m....

The model number is A1224 which is a 20" screen model. unidentified chips circled in red I would like to identify the chips circled in red. I suspect these chips are leabelled by FL9400, R9400 and R9410 on the PCB and may be related to that Delta ethernet transformer LFE9287. I have already found out that the other blown chips ‘0524P’ are diode arrays manufactured by Bourns part number CDDFN10-0524P....

Chosen Solution I have 2001 dodge ram 1500 5.9 my hood has huge gap on both side near windshield . Also hood looks like it slid forward it’s not lined up with fender sides. How can I fix Xbox this problem. It sounds like the hood hinges are possibly worn out or need lubrication. If you can push down on the raised part of the hood and it seems to lay flush, this is likely the problem....

Chosen Solution So the hinges on my Chromebook detached from the lid, and it is a pretty common computer problem at my school these days. I have tried to use gorilla glue to secure it to the lid, but it won’t hold. Any ideas? Hi @tay0_0 You could try a metal to plastic epoxy resin and see if that holds any better although there are pitfalls when using this according to this adhesives manufacturer who claims to have a better product (idk if it is better or not, never tried it ;-) Alternative is to replace the LCD cover....

Chosen Solution Sure I’d love to tear this down just like in the ifixit video, spend a couple hours and lose multiple screws, just to figure out what I damaged after spilling water on this thing, but is there an easier way to locate the malfunctions? Are there any diagnostic tests one could possibly run through the use of another computer or maybe a specific device that could perform that action?...

Chosen Solution My laptop is connected to the charger and when i try to turn it on the light from the on button will turn on and then a noise will happen and it will just stop everything what do i do? The power jack probably needs to be replaced. Unfortunately this is extremely common. To be sure it’s not related to the battery though, try removing the battery, plugging the AC charging cable in and see if it turns on with no battery installed....

Chosen Solution I"m trying to help a friend whose Mac mini hard drive supposedly died. I took it out using your guide - couldn’t access it in its housing - and used a USB interface kit to try and read it to pull off the data (pics) that my friend wants to save. I hooked up to a Mac desktop and it didn’t show up. I then hooked it up to a Win 7 PC and, using Disk Manager, was able to see it (also showed up in Device Manager) but it has no letter assigned or volume (and Properties says it is working properly) so I don’t know how to get to it....
