Chosen Solution So i’m doing this iPad mini screen repair. I’ve used the CPB Heating mat to lose the adhesive tape so i can pry it open. The heating mat works wonders, it opens with less mess. I always test after opening the damaged screen to see if the iPad still works. The device works but since that screen is cracked really really bad, the touch screen doesn’t work at all....
Chosen Solution So I dropped my phone in the water yesterday for a brief second. When I picked it up and inspected it everything works fine except for the sound. I can’t hear anything unless I have the headphones in. When I try to just put the volume up it states the headphone volume went up even when there isn’t headphones connected. With water damage, you have to decontaminate the logic board before doing anything else, otherwise there will be latent issues down the road....

A pin check would normally be performed to verify this failure. To perform this type of check, you would need to access the control board of the washer. Chosen Solution Fitbit doesn’t show anything but an exclamation mark. When off the charge port it is dark. The exclamation mark usually means one of two things. You either waited too long to recharge your Charge and the battery is fully depleted. Or else an error occurred during a firmware update, in which case restarting your Charge and leaving it plugged in afterwards will cause the update to resume and complete....

Chosen Solution my son set the passcode and forgot it.. how do i reset the passcode? haley, just hook it up to the computer that it was setup on and restore it. Or you can unlock it putting the device into DFU mode and then restore it with iTunes, BUT this will erase all data on your iPhone. Chosen Solution So last week, I bought a new GPU for my Dell Precision T1500 becuase I had been using an ATI FirePro V4800 for gaming (which was terrible). My new GPU is an AMD Radeon HD 6700. I did search for touchbar connectors but cant find anything that match to this cable Yes, both of those connectors are for the touchbar. The one with the arrow pointing to it is for touchbar display. And the one immediately next to it is for touch bar touch functions. So the touch bar my actually be working, you just can’t see what’s on the display....

Chosen Solution Started as home button not clicking unless you pressed hard enough to distort the LCD but the fingerprint worked fine. I harvested three other buttons with success of the home button clicking. Now the touch ID doesn’t work on any of the harvested buttons. It’s like 1 step forward 1 step back. What are you thoughts? I’m trying to check if the four sensors are working properly and if one is bad any tricks in diagnosing which. As it turned out the battery in one of the sensors had died! What a job to find which one, had to locate the ID string of the sensor using the test tool and then deflate the tires one by one to locate the ID printed on the sensor....
