Chosen Solution I did a drive image/clone from old hard drive to a new larger hard drive on the media center hackintosh.( OSX 10.5.6) The OSX Disk Utility will not allow a resize of the partition or even allow a new partition to be created (just gives errors). any advice would be appreciated……. I do not have an optical drive but I could boot from USB….. I could use something like gparted installed on my USB flash drive, just not sure if the outcome would be a disaster or not....

Chosen Solution I have recently dropped my iPhone into my cup of tea and now the home button does not work. The top half of the phone did not come into contact with any water, it’s just the bottom half. The phone still functions, however the home button does not work and the speakers are a little crackly (i’m not to bothered about the speakers, I can live with that!) When I place the button to my ear I can hear a a sort of noise - any ideas on what this may be?...

Can I upgrade only one slot with an 8Gb chip and leave the other one with the old 2Gb for a total of 10 Gb RAM? Is this at all possible? Chosen Solution Hard drive tests wouldnt run. HP Stream 14 Windows 8.1 hi, most of the time this is caused due to a bad hard disk. Try with a other hard dsik or try to boot up with a recover disk ( or live dvd). If you have some warranty, you can go back to the store to claim the warranty greetz, Kevin

Chosen Solution Last night I accidentally spilled a large protein shake all over my mac. It got into the keyboard and seeped into the mac itself. As of now I’m unable to turn it on. This happened around 330 am. Any advice on what to do or is it safe to say I’m screwed? Find the teardown for your model, disassemble it and wash with distilled water. Let it completely dry and put it back together....

Chosen Solution My IPhone 6 recently started to show only a blueish backlight when trying to turn it on, and even when it is simply set down onto the table. If im watching a video or listening to music it will continue to play audio but there is no display. The only way i have overcome this is by holding the power button and home button for 10 seconds untill it restarts the phone....

Chosen Solution My NID-7012 has a virus that has me locked out where I cannot access tools or even factory reset. I have no volume buttons up and down on the side of my tablet, every thing is on the touch screen. The only buttons I have is the power button and reset button. Chosen Solution My lg g3 phone goes to a blue screen.. Then turns off. It will then come up with a green screen and a kernal crash.. It gives instructions to reboot.. But that doesn’t work! Did a hard reboot which worked for a few hours then it happens again!! My Sprint carrier said “too bad” cause I don’t have insurance.. Help!! Here is a link which may be of interest in showing, (if you have the correct tools) how to find a) which door switch is causing the problem and b) how to rectify it. If you haven’t got access to the equipment, try spraying the door latches with a rust penetrator (mp40), as per the video and after opening and closing the door a few times see if it frees up the switch....

Chosen Solution I have the same problem with my iPhone 6. I have had the same problem ever since I dropped my skateboard on my phone with a screen protector on it so it didn’t crack my screen. It hasn’t had any affect on the phone, but it is pretty annoying to look at on a white screen. My iPhone 6 screen is also clicking at the top left and at the middle of the right bottom side....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have bougth an Asus zenbook UX32A. It had a Win 8 OS and i tried to install Ubuntu. My problem. I didnt know anything about Uefi Bios systems and when I run the ubuntu install I erased ALL PARTITIONS and create only what I want (Like old School). Now the PC only boot on Bios, nothing more. The problem, I think, is I erased the EFI Partition and now the UEFI dont work....

Chosen Solution I did my first A1432 glass only replacement and i was dumb enough to remove the kapton tape. The home button is not working properly, but what really concerns me is the that the sound isnt working even after hard reset. So, no sound through external speakers, but i AM getting sound through headphones only. Chosen Solution As the description says, my problem is that half the screen blacks out entirely and the other half flickers when you move the mouse. If you stop using the mouse, the entire screen blacks out. Everything seems to be working normal in the OS in the background. Any one seen this problem before? Might be the graphics card maybe?
