Chosen Solution While replacing my battery on the Samsung galaxy tab 2 7 I noticed a “hidden” slot just above the SD slot. It is slightly larger than the SD slot and can not be accessed with the back plate on. If anyone could tell me what that is i would appreciate it. This is probably the slot that would have been used if your tablet were sim compatible . It is left blank without a sim card tray ....

You can retrieve it either by re-downloading it from the App Store or going to Settings-General-Reset-Reset Home Screen, which will reset app layout to how it was originally. Chosen Solution The ipod won’t sync or charge, but it will play on my stereo. There are no problems with the usb connection, as I can connect my nano. What I would do is to replace the battery. Without any damage to the iPod, and a dock connector that is free of dirt, debris, corrosion etc. it is possible that your iPod does not charge through the computer and will not be recognized due to a dead battery....

Chosen Solution I installed a new screen. Changed flex cable. Changed earpiece 3 times. Loud speaker works, headphones works but not the earpiece. I have cleaned the contacts on earpiece and flex cable to make sure nothing was on them. Any ideas what I can try next? After all you’ve done, it seems there’s only the logic board left. Check connector and ideally you should be testing audio related pins..maybe a pry damage on surrounding components....

Chosen Solution Can I repair shutter release button error? I just had a similar problem on my D5100 and was advised to send it back for repair. After comparing mine side by side to another at a camera shop, (remove lens and with camera on press shutter release button) the lower right corner of the mirror was binding with the stop. We were able to GENTLY pry the lower right corner of the mirror away from the stop (from the right, not underneath) and now it is functioning flawlessly....

Chosen Solution Just replaced my battery and screen and everything went well but now after charging it for 2 hours, once it reached 100%, I noticed that the back of the phone is bulging a tiny bit and the screen is bulging a tiny bit too… Did I get a defective battery from ifixit? Should I stop using my phone?? If your battery is Lithium (as most are for modern day cell phones) and it’s swelling (bulging), then you should take the item to your dealer and discuss this with them....
