Chosen Solution I just replaced my screen assembly (full digitizer, Speaker, camera, etc.) and battery on my iPhone 5s. I followed the instructions on the iFixit website. Got the phone back together again and everything functionally works fine. My screen has much higher contrast than when I took the phone apart. Chosen Solution I tried putting in an Aux cord into my phone and i noticed it wasn’t fitting into my headphone input, so i slightly forced it just a little to go in and while it didn’t work i took it out, and inserted my headphones and I noticed that my music was playing but i couldn’t hear it through my headphones. Chosen Solution When I zoom in or out there is a slight grinding noise in the camera. What does this signal as far as the operation of the camera? How can this corrected? @bert_4221 could be that there is grime/dust/sand in the lens unit mechanism. Of course you do want to clean the outer area of the barrel to ensure it is not carrying stuff inside the unit. Check to see if the spacing of the lens is the same all around so as to ensure it is not misaligned....

HOWEVER When I was removing BOTH the keyboard and keyboard light RIBBONS and it was so hard to pull it from the CLIP. BUT I did remove, then I cleaned the BOARD and everything looked really GOOD TO GO....

The disc drive not reading disks anymore and emits sound like loud clicks every 20 sec for 3 times even if there are no disk inside. Also in rest mode in still emits the sound but for long interval of time. Its model :CUH-1003A It’s now out of warranty. Is there are any way to repair the disc drive or should I replace it....
