Chosen Solution I hold the top bottom for 10 seconds, but it still will not turn on. Well it 15 seconds, but I doubt thats the issue. I would try connecting it to itunes first. If it doesnt recognise it turned off or not, you will not be able to turn it on with a button combo. If you know this had water damage then I would diagnose in the order: a new battery > Dock Connector> Logic board cleaning> Logic Board

If the blades do not turn freely, replace the fan motor. If the fan blades do turn freely, use a multimeter to test the motor for incoming power and for continuity. If the motor has power but won’t run, replace it....
Chosen Solution I’m replacing an iPhone 6s screen and I cannot remove the backing plate that goes to the back of the lcd digitizer. Is that important or no? It serves as a heat shield to protect the LCD. If you don’t install it, over time the quality of the LCD may degrade due to the heat generated by the logic board. Ideally it should be re-installed.

I’ve been getting the runaround now for over a week trying to get a replacement remote….. The battery is fine, the USB port is fine, I’ve tested both by swapping into another controller. What could be the issue? The motherboard perhaps? Thanks. It was shipped with a screen resolution of 1920x1080, but the fonts look so small that I changed the resolution to 1366x768 (I took this resolution from another Asus laptop I have, also 15.6 display). Problem is that when I change the resolution, fonts look blurry in Windows Explorer, Word, Excel and any Internet browser. Is this fixable?...
Chosen Solution Ford e250 cargo van checked all fuses all good little water found on wire harness and close to a some box on top with 3 wires coming out rking, No start condition after heavy rain. This is a probable cause of distributor cap/rotor condensation causing erratic spark, pull cap, look for moisture, wear/hairline cracks and corrosion. If cap looks OK spray with electronic wire dryer or some product that will displace the moisture, cap may just not sealing on base....

Chosen Solution I was given this washer secondhand for free and the sticker for the model # had been removed. I think the lid switch has failed since the last cycle kept stopping during the spin cycle and only finished once I slammed the lid a few times. I’ve looked and looked online and can’t find a washer than looks like mine. Can anyone help me with the model #? Also wouldn’t turn down any advice on lid switch replacement....
