Chosen Solution A friend’s Macbook Pro looks like it has a dead video card. Powers on with sound, but no video to display or output to HDMI. What would be the easiest way to recover some data on there? The friend really only wants her itunes playlist and music. Pull the SSD out? Repair the Video Card? A way to SSH to the box? Any suggestions are appreciated. If you have a second Mac (replacement system) then all you need to do is restart this system in target disk mode....

It came with a display adapter, and to get the signal to the HDMI input of the TV, I got a converter off eBay. It was working just fine until we moved house. Chosen Solution My 10 yo French door refrigerator won’t get colder than ~42 degrees in either the fridge or freezer. All of the onboard electronic diagnostic checks come out good, the coils under the unit are clean, both fans are running, and the condenser is running an warm (not hot). But, the evap coils are frozen on the top right 1/4 and clean and dry else-wear, and there appears to be dried green sludge inside the backside of the unit....

Chosen Solution On my Canon PowerShot G11, the LCD is broken and the case that holds the LCD is dented. I need to replace the LCD and the case as a unit. Do you have a guide for doing this? Jada Jennings, If not wanting to attempt the repair, take into a good local small electronics shop and have them take a look and estimate repair. Chosen Solution Samsung QN70Q6DTAFXZA, latest firmware updated. Images uploaded are examples of graphical errors it occasionally displays. So if I get home from work and turn on my tv it works fine for a few minutes, pull up a 4k youtube video and scroll the menu a bit. After a few minutes of this it will reboot. Chosen Solution i dropped my phone in the toilet, i got it out straight away and put it in dry rice, left it there for two days i then took it out and tried turning it on it vibrated on and i tried using siri, it worked, literally everything on the phone works, i just cant see anything as if the brightness had been turned down completely, help bryn, while I agree with my colleague con, I’d suggest to first clean your phone properly....

Check amperage of heater - look on plate on back of heater and it wil state voltage and amps. Check amp limit of extension chord. Check amps of circuit - look at fuse or circuit breaker for outlet - important to check rating of circuit as some one may have incorrectly used a higher rated fuse/circuit breaker....
