Chosen Solution My DS Lite’s hinge cracked while I opened it normally with no forcing it open or any other previous damage done to it. Chosen Solution Updating your BLU phone will keep you from unlocking your phone. Spread the word. Folks I’d suggest resetting it. I just did and it seems to be fully functional. Unfortunately though, you WILL loose ALL data including photos and pictures. It sucks, but it is sadly the only solution in this moment in time. Also, make sure to remove any SD cards because I have read there are issues if it isn’t removed when resetting....
Chosen Solution my phone does not come on even when on charging…..the apple sign will come ON and off several times…but will never come on…. The phone switches off immediately when unplugging the cable while the apple logo is displayed correct? Right now it is boot looping while plugged in. If all these conditions are met then the battery is almost certainly faulty and needs to be replaced.
