Chosen Solution Fan runs high on my late 2009 imac all the time (4000 rpm), and there isn’t anything taxing the CPU. Monity shows that my CPU Heatsink and CPU Diode are both at a temp of 0 degrees. The Northbridge Diode and Northbridge Proximity 1 are also at 0 degrees. Chosen Solution So I was following the repair to replace the front panel and got a bit ahead of myself and took the EMI shield off a little too quickly and as a result snapped the blue wire from the external speaker housing -.- I am very bad at soldering and I have possibly the worst solder tip and solder known to man. However I just about managed to solder an additional length of wire (from a pair of headphones) onto the broken blue cable and then soldered the new wire onto the connection on top, quite poorly I may add....

Chosen Solution So that basically sums it up, my SSD doesn’t even show up when using internet recovery’s disk utility and when I finally decided that just buying a new SSD at Best buy($67 for comparable 250gb size drive? Awesome!) and reinstalling macos would be the least painless fix I found out that it’s not that simple. So I’m wondering if there is something else I should try to attempt to fix this drive that could be making it not show up in disk utility, terminal commands or the like and if they are possible to do with only being able to load into internet recovery at the moment?...

Chosen Solution installed 1TB hard drive, loaded snow leapard disk ,used disk utility. After loading cannot find hard drive icon and starts up for a new install mode. Where are apps and where is hard drive? Tried booting 3 times Double check your connections to the HD to ensure you do not have a lose connection. Use Menu->TOOLS->Disk Utility:Disk First Aid to verify, format the disk. Remember: you MUST CHOOSE GUID partition to create an intel boot disk....

Chosen Solution Hi, I just completed a battery exchange on my iPhone 6S following the instructions here and it has gone well except for one thing. The front camera is no longer working. I did not disconnect the screen when doing the battery switch but had is connected with rubber bands to a can of beans. So, even though the screen did not bend more than 90 degrees, I guess some connections might have experienced some strain during the process....

Chosen Solution I have a brand new set of Samsung Gear IconX Headphones and the left earbud has a battery life somewhere around 15-30 minutes. The right runs as per the specs. I don’t have a proof of purchase, so even though they are new and still within the warranty period, I can’t send them to Samsung for repair or replacement and Samsung does not sell the battery.
