Chosen Solution Hi. So i recently opened my iPhone 8 Plus to replace my battery. Before I opened it up, the touch id was already not working and the home button was working intermittently but the 3d touch and normal display touch was working fine. However, after opening it up and reconnecting the flex cables, the touch only works if the home button flex cable is not attached. Once i attach the home button flex cable, the home button starts working but touch stops....

Chosen Solution Hi I have a MacBook Pro from 2010 with OS-X and Windows 7 on it. The current hard drive is damaged as I can only boot Windows in Safe Mode and OS X doesn’t load at all. I can’t even access recovery mode, it goes to a white screen. Does your right front turn signal work ? the letter B denoted body code and 3949indicates right front light signal. There’s nothing wrong with the engine you have a problem with the circuit for your blinker. Hope this helps

So the lens ring holds the camera in place. Does anyone know how to get that to come off and keep the adhesive so it will stay in place? Thanks Hey Lukas, the best way of removing the old camera lens holder is by using heat on the front of the screen, you can then glue it on to the new one, although it can be sometimes particularly hard to still line up the camera in the middle....
Chosen Solution The graphics on my old MacBook Pro 17" A1229 have gone all wishy washy. I have been told this could be the Graphics Motherboard or the Main Logic card. What do you think? How much would it cost to replace either of these? To diagnose the GPU (graphic processing unit) hook it up to an external monitor. If you get the same wishy washy picture, it is the GPU....
Chosen Solution So, I’ve been using my little SanDisk (Sansa Fuze) for almost 10 years now and it’s been pretty reliable. Now, I’ve just had a problem with the audio jack port, like it doesn’t want to connect right. If I held the headphone jack the right way or put pressure on it in a certain direction, I could get full sound out of it but now it seems like even that doesn’t work and it cuts volume out of one ear and sounds like the audio has only treble and making it sound like it’s in the background instead of right there in my ears....

This MBP is not recognized in Target Disk Mode through FW800 on other Macs and when I connect a FW external HDD through the FW port, the MBP does not recognize the HDD. I have been running an iFixit battery in my iPhone 8 I rebuilt last year (custom blue housing :D ). Battery percentage works, battery usage stats work, battery health seems to report proper maximum capacity, performance capability, and it still lets me use optimized battery charging. I have also replaced several batteries on 8 and 8 Plus models with other third party ones and on every one I have replaced, battery health stats and percentages still work totally fine....
