Chosen Solution I need to know how to install a solid state drive into this iMac. I know how to but the only problem is the guy that brought it in (buddy of mine) doesn’t have the original drive for the iMac so how can I do this? It’s stuck in a boot-loop and when I opened the system it was very lets just say “unprofessionally” installed (the solid drive that is as it was just sitting there with no adapter hovering over the area)....

And when i was reinstalling, and when it turned on all setting even date and time were reset. also battery discharges very deep and even shows 0V when checked. Battery is newly installed fron istore. my Iphone doesnot accept original charging cables ether. Can you please suggest me where to look up for problem. Update (06/01/2019)...

Chosen Solution @griegox that would not be a clutch problem since it does spin etc. If anything it would be a program/timer issue. Let us know what your washers exact model number is. That way we could try and see what the timer sequence should be.

Chosen Solution Hi! Recently, I just found out the my printer Canon IP2770 won’t turn on. I checked the power cable line’s continuity end-to-end, it’s good. It seems that the possible problem would be the power supply board inside the printer. Below is the setup of my printer: Printer <-> Router (with USB port) <-> PC1/2/3 I just need to make sure if my presumption is true by opening the box....

Chosen Solution I have gone through the trouble shooting guide to the point where the control electronics needs to be replaced. Interesting side not: if I unplug the unit for a few minutes and pug it back in, the dryer works for one cycle before the heat goes off again. Any other suggestions? I checked the venting and is clear. Thermal fuse is good as is the high limit thermistor. Propane gas line is open and not kinked anywhere....

Chosen Solution Have a f 20 code I check drain removed all blockages and code still remained Hanson, F20 means that you have a water fill problem on the washer. " If the washer is not filling when the F20 appears: Check to see if you have Flood Safe devices on the inlet water hoses to your washer (see first image below). Chosen Solution I changed the HD in my iMac from an optical drive (because it failed) to a SSD drive, and the fan is always running at full speed. I did a google search and found some software that in the past has resolved the issue, but I cannot use it because it is from a 3rd party and El Captain won’t let me install it. Chosen Solution This issue is making me bats***… my comp has done this 4-5 times now, and will suddenly turn back on even a full week later. Brand new original mac battery after the last time (which I thought finally solved it) and it was running like a dream… right up until it went into sleep mode while I was letting the battery run low to calibrate, and now it is seemingly totally dead as a door nail again, no lights no sounds black screen…....

Unless you have physically damaged the hard drive cable, this model is not know for having issues. It does, however uses a ZIF drive that can be hard to locate. Please describe the issues you are having and maybe we can help yo to diagnose it....

Chosen Solution Before, my hard drive was making a strange sound. I did a bit of research, and found out that the head is most likely stuck on the platter. I decided to open up the drive, and sure enough it was. I put it back into my computer and tried to boot into windows. It seemed like there was a problem, as the windows 10 logo would come, it would say diagnosing and went on like this for hours....

Chosen Solution Hi! So last night, my girlfriend managed to spill about a splash of hot chocolate onto her MacBook Air. Specifically, it got spilled onto the keyboard area and a bit on the SDFCXZ keys. The laptop didn’t shut itself down when this happened but she shut it down about 3 to 5 minutes later. When the hot chocolate got spilled, she put her laptop in an upside down position (with the screen open) and left it in that position until we’ve had to turn it on for testing....

Chosen Solution My laptop was open and I had been using it. I went to push the screen back a little and placed my hand around the side of the screen (so my thumb was on the screen and the rest of my hand was on the back (in picture). Suddenly a bunch of lines popped up tracing to where my thumb was and have not gone away in weeks. The glass itself is not broken so I think the issue is underneath....
