We have replaced this humidifier by sending it to the county landfill 8 times in the 12 year period. Chosen Solution I replaced the digitizer on ipad 2. The connection was really tight. Lower buttons would not work but after reinstalling connection cable it would work for short time. After reinstalling cable several times, I ripped the cable. Now ordering another new digitizer hoping this one will work better. Can I return the first one for credit? I admit I tore it after having to insert it so many times....

Upon inspecting I saw that the Face ID unit, that is not screwed in for whatever reason, was slightly out of place, causing it to press on the back of the screen and making it break. Chosen Solution My iPhone’s FaceTime Camera and Earpiece is not working after I replaced the screen, I tried to pry the Camera flex and put it back but there’s nothing happened. By the way its light sensor still works because the “Auto Brightness” is turned on so it automatically adjust its brightness ☺️ If you’ve already unsuccessfully tried reseating the connector on the logic board, there’s not much you can do apart from double checking both connectors of flex cable and logic board are in good shape and all pins stand firmly in place with a good light source and some magnification....

Chosen Solution Hi! After spilling beer in my laptop, I disassembled my whole macbook in order to give the logic board an alcohol bath. With success! The laptop is starting up again. However I also removed the heatsink and applied new thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5 ). The problem is that when turning the laptop on, after 1 minute, the fan begins blowing full speed, making loud noise, and immediately feels heated....

Chosen Solution I recently cracked the glass screen on my ipad Air, and bought a new replacement part. I had no trouble getting the screen off, except for an issue with the zif connector for the home button ribbon cable (the connector that sits just in the corner of where the screen cables are connected). Apparently the ribbon cable is locked into place on the zif connector with a small plastic “lock” (can’t remember the word for it), and it seems I accidentally broke that plastic piece off when disassembling my Ipad, so now i can’t properly connect the home button of my new screen in place....

That looks like beyond repair to me, it’s the phone main frame and beside being steel, that’s a critical part of the iPhone antennas system. Your best chance in my opinion would be to replace the housing and quite likely you’ll need at least a new dock....

Chosen Solution there is a hole in the front of my shoes (vans) and it shoes my socks when i walk in school pls help. So one thing you can try is grabbing some patch fabric and glue it on the inside of your shoe to cover the hole using either gorilla glue or shoe-goo. Ensure you stuff the shoe with enough of something to apply pressure to the fabric to hold in place....

Chosen Solution I bought a Sears cassette player-recorder recently and was very excited to begin to use it instead of only being able to listen to cassettes on the road. Unfortunately, after cleaning it, regular tapes that go through end up with tape coming out and me having to reel it back in manually. The cleaner tape went through fine, no issues. The player-recorder also has issues rewinding, but I can live without that function....
