Theres an iPad im trying to fix that has an issue with actively readying the battery. if the battery is at say 54% hypothetically when i turn the device on, it will not read another battery level, but if i turn the device off, then on again, it will read a new battery level. Chosen Solution My macbook has developed an issue where areas of the screen that are solid black are not displaying properly, it’s hard to describe as it’s a bit inconsistent, but for example bold black fonts are hollow and the black screen saver is a weird flickering mess. Chosen Solution I noticed that the battery on the A1389 is glued to the trackpad. If the trackpad screw needs to be adjusted (or replaced) the battery must be removed again. Doesn’t it make sense to NOT peel off the clear plastic cover the adhesive so the trackpad is accessible in the future? There are 4 screws already holding the battery in place, right? Not really on the screws, take a look at it, they just hold down the plastic frame....

Chosen Solution Hi Everyone! My PS4 after an hour or so would shut itself off to prevent damage. From what I could research online, I decided to replace the thermal paste and pads in the system, thinking that it might be bad seal on the pads or paste. (When I opened up the system for the first time, two of the pads were completely dried out.) After I replaced the paste and pads, I inserted a copy of Killzone: Shadow Fall to see if it would shut itself off again....

As of now, my DSi can turn on properly, access the camera with the L/R buttons, produce sound, read games, etc., but it DOES NOT load any game or title. It means that your battery is either discharged or does no longer hold a charge. If you have an AC or 12V DC adapter, plug you GPS in and let it charge for a few hours....

Before I completed the repair by attaching the screen, I tested the home button. It didn’t work. I disconnected the home button and reconnected it. The phone initially said that it was unable to actuate the home button. I turned the power off and tried again.
