Chosen Solution Hello everyone, I have MacBook Pro as mentioned that hasn’t been working couple years. I finaly decided to try to repair it. The issue started appearing with keyboard problems the O key and V key started to acting up, later on the space bar. Then the power button worked only sometimes, but now I can’t turn the laptop at all. I googled a bit, found some advice, press some buttons before start, disconnect the battery and reconnect which should start up the system, nothing worked....

Chosen Solution I would be using my Razer Blade and all of a sudden it will either blue screen or completely freeze. Also when i pick it up by the left side the laptop screen will go fanatic and it will freeze. That could be a billion things. Chosen Solution Hi all, just attempted my first glass only repair on a Galaxy S5, and I thought that everything was going well, but I ended up with two vertical arcing light spots on either side of the screen, visible even with the power off. Chosen Solution While taking pictures at the beach my phone fell and got submerge in salt water, the screen turned black and i tried turning it back on. Chosen Solution I have a iPhone 5s, that I recently replaced the screen on. After doing this the home button was not clickable, it has to be now pressed either at an angle or really deep for the click to happen. I replaced the screen and button just as I took it off but it is not clicking as easily as before. The Touch ID work fine the button it self works as intended and click, just needs to be correctly clicked....

Chosen Solution So i dropped my phone in dish water and I didn’t put it in the rice. But when i charge the phone up it makes a vibration when i put my phone on the home button. And it has a black screen but light up at the same time. Can you tell me whats worng with my phone please? With water damage, you have to decontaminate the logic board before doing anything else....

Chosen Solution On firing, the plunger moves ahead, but the dart does not come out. Is it possible to put you finger over the chamber hole behind the revolver? Mine is modded so that the revolver swings out further, so I don’t know if you could reach it normally. If you can, check to make sure it blows air out when you fire, or you may have a plunger issue. If it does blow out air out, make sure you are using Nerf brand darts, and that the barrels in the revolver are free of any debris or grime that could be blocking the darts....

Chosen Solution Dear all, I have just damaged the display of my mac book when replacing the front bezel cover following this explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmY49eyn… I damaged one of the organge/brown connectors: This small scratch on that part has led to a huge dead area of the display and some flicker: I’m devastated because I had successfully replaced the battery a few days ago following the ifixit guide and thought I could finish the job by changing the bezel, which was cracked and aesthetically unpleasing… So I guess I have destroyed the display while trying to carry out an unnecessary fix… Is there a way to replace just that scratched connector or must one really get a whole new display?...

Chosen Solution We changed a glass digitiser for an S5. Few weeks later customer contacts us and says there are lines on the display and it goes spotty when the phone heats up. I’ve explained this could’ve been from the LCD which is getting progressively worse from the break and not necessarily a Warranty issue. He says it was working fine before we fixed it. I say it was working after we fixed it and for a few weeks after, so anything could’ve happened....

Chosen Solution I have a black iPhone 6 and the original owner forgot his lock screen password. Is it possible to just replace the logic board and have the finger print scanner working like brand new? I would say no, since the logic board and the touch ID sensor chip are “paired”. They only work with each other. However there are other solutions then replacing a logic board if the owner forgot his lock screen password....

Chosen Solution Any one know where I can source a replacement fan for the Chromebook Pixel (2013)? I think it’s just the wires being a little finicky as it seemed to work fine when I was reinstalling. but when I put the covers back on and stress the CPU in ubuntu it makes sounds like it’s trying but failing to get going. No dust or obstruction of any sort though....

Chosen Solution The notebook does not think the internal HD by disk utility, I can boot from cd rom and the hd connected to the internal USB port, it is functioning normally. I installed another HD compatible and still does not recognize. It may be a defective cable or flex in the parent? Thanks. Marco. Chosen Solution The 917-288700 manual says to see a certified repair facility if questions arise concerning front wheel tow-in/camber. Steering is difficult due to outwardly splayed front wheels. I replaced twisted cast iron axle assembly (but suspect this was a result rather than a cause of askew wheels because it is still bad). Before I try the spindle(s) and/or drag link(s), does anyone have experience with this problem? Toe-in is the easiest to explain so I will start there....
