Chosen Solution I dropped my magic mouse, the green light is still on so it is functioning but not properly. The right click function works and i can navigate my mouse around a page but the scrolling function doesn’t work nor the left click. How can i repair this without going to the shop to buy/repair? Sadly no. Apple doesn’t offer any parts for the mouse. You might be able to find a junker which you could steal the parts from to make a working mouse out of the two....

Chosen Solution I want to remove the lenses to make sure no obstruction is present. Is it safe to unscrew the lenses without breaking the camera? Facing the camera, locate the release button at the bottom left of the lens. Depress this button and rotate the base of the lens counter clockwise until it comes free of cradle. To reattach the lens, place it back in its cradle and rotate the base clockwise until it locks into place....

Chosen Solution How can I add oil to the transmission in a bmw 325i 2003 ? Do not add oil to the transmission . Add transmission fluid. It might be good to go to some place like Auto Zone and get a free computer read out just to check it out, While there ask them what fluid to buy and where to put it in.

Chosen Solution I dropped my laptop and the lid is now slightly pushed forwards and it scrapes when opening and closing. I looked around for some solutions and guides on how to change/adjust the height of the display through the hinges but i can only find how replace the hinges which would not solve my problem. Is this possible to adjust height or do i have to replace some part to fix this?...

Chosen Solution While cleaning out one of my ps3’s the ribbon cable that attaches to the power eject control board pulled the connector that attaches to the motherboard from the soldered pins. I know it’s a10 pin flat ribbon connector, but I can’t find one to replace it. I’m not looking forward to having to remove the few remaining pins that are still attached to the board and soldering new ones and installing the connector....

Chosen Solution I broke back panel of my Sony XPERIA Z3+. In my country they don’t repair XPERIA Z3+ because that phone is not selling in that region. I can’t find oem back panel for XPERIA Z3+. But I have original back panel of XPERIA Z3. Can I put that back panel on Z3+? Not 100% sure. Check Aliexpress.com for the part. They should ship to your region. Chosen Solution I can’t get this dishwasher to drain at all, I have to pump it out by hand or it overflows. Each time I run a cycle, it leaves more water in the tub after the cycle finishes, starting with about an inch or so, maybe more. Chosen Solution I’m have Boot ROM Version: MBA71.0166.B19 in my MBA. And on the Apple website, I can see the version shown is MBA61.0099.B20 (2015-002). Is it the latest one from my version or not? Please share your view, as I am not aware of it. Apple uses hexadecimal for it’s versioning so in this case: B19 = 2841B20 = 2848 B20 is the newer of the two. Since Mavericks Apple has moved to updating the firmware when needed via the OS installer....

Chosen Solution I want to repair the motor of this turntable. When being cold it stops turning and sometimes even turns backwards, which gets better after you turned it with your hand a bit. So this sounds like capacitors having got old. Then I could also replace the the 2SB1340 and 2SD1889 transistors. Someone already did some soldering on the motor and added a foil capacitor to stabilize the motors Vin I guess, although its power supply provides a stable voltage....

Chosen Solution the picture is very blurry and wavy lines going through picture mgt, sorry no reset button. It does sound like you are having trouble with your cameras CCD sensor. I would try to replace either that or the whole optical unit.

Chosen Solution yesturday i dropped in iphone in water and immediately took it out..shook off the and out the water and put a vacuum to all the holes..that immediately cleared up the camera window and the phone would turn on….i suctioned out phone for 15 minutes and put in a tupperware container over night filled with rice. phone works fine….can make and hear calls,text,internet etc only problem is when i look at phone you can see it like 3d....

Use a Q-Tip lightly moistened with Isopropyl Alcohol +90% to gently wipe the lens surface and see if that fixes it. Alternatively you can purchase lens cleaning kits which may be simpler to use. Someone helps me to overcome this password please There’s no way to overcome an Efi password lock without getting into low level Efi programming and you’ll need appropriate hardware and knowledge. You would need investing money and unless you’re skilled in firmware coding quite some time and study to understand what needs to be done....
