Chosen Solution How do I fix error code P1172 in 2005 Verona Suzuki? @mike_mac , Mike, Suzuki error code P1172 - Lambda controller limit malfunction bank 1 too lean. Info found at link #1 below. Possible faults are, low fuel level, low fuel pressure, restricted fuel system(plugged filter/pinched/damaged line , MAF(mass air flow)/MAP(manifold absolute pressure) sensor faulty/malfunction, also check for vacuum leaks as link #2 Suzuki trouble shooting forum recommends. Make sure fuel level is good(not empty), check for clogged gas filter(replace if it has not been done recently) and pinched/damaged fuel line, have fuel pressure checked(replace fuel pump if found to be too low) and or clean/replace MAF sensor....

Since last weekend the screen of my Macbook Pro 2018 touchbar only shows 6 vertical colour screens (the one that is not magenta is changing every time) and I can’t see anything except in certain positions of the screen (approx 45º) that shows the normal image, obviously this makes it hardly usable XD. I’ve connected to an external screen and It shows the image properly and I can use the computer perfectly, it reproduces the image correctly on that screen, so I understand that the problem is with the screen or the screen connector to the computer body, not a graphics processor or similar problem....

Chosen Solution Picked a macbook up for spares the other day. Got it home and it didnt boot at all, just the fan making a clicking noise. Opened it up and no signs of liquid damage etc, tried taking RAM out etc still the same. Changed the magsafe board, still no luck Tried it yesterday and it booted as normal, straight through to Lion no issues at all. Must have rebooted 5 times without any issues....
Chosen Solution So i disassembled my lenovo ideapad 330s because i wanted to clean the vent… i could see it was pretty dusty. Thought it went well, but after reassembling it, it wont turn on.. No lights when pushing the on button or anything. No reaction when putting the charging cable in either. Really hope someone can help me to figure out what i did wrong.. Worst case scenario would be that your laser is starting to fail. I’d suggest that you: Use a commercially available lens cleaner and see if that helps Clean the laser of the drive manually. Replace the laser assembly. There is also a way of adjusting the lasers but it will requires some knowledge and a multimeter to do so....

Places like Autozone can do it for free. See what you get. The other things that could cause this, including the power lossm could be carbon buildup in your throttle body, including the EGR valve as well as the MAF sensor....

It is suggested to restart the printer if the printer ok, neglect the previous error. Chosen Solution All of the sudden, my Epson Artisan 1430 won’t print at all. I first tried printing something from Firefox, the whole browser froze. Tried Chrome, no luck. Downloaded the image to my desktop and tried printing from Preview, it also froze. Tried opening it in Acrobat, that froze too. Finally, I tried reinstalling the printer drivers, and the installation quits halfway through! As anyone ever encountered this before? I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the printer or my computer....

I don’t want to mindlessly buy one online then it turns out that it’s too big (or a bit too small) to fit into the screw hole. I also do not want to strip it. Chosen Solution I’m removing the logic board of my early ‘09 MBP 17’ so I can remove the heatsink to replace the thermal grease with some better-applied high-quality stuff to see if I can improve heat transfer from the CPU etc. to the heatsink. This should improve thermals by a noticable amount from what I’ve read. I would be finding out for myself just how much this helps if I could just get this screw out!...

It seems the adapters available are specific to either Mini-Display Ports versions, or Thunderbolt versions. I would like to make sure I get the right one. Chosen Solution Hi. I’ve taken out the heatsink, cleaned out the dried up thermal paste on the CPU/GPU and bottom of heatsink, and coated it with a fresh new coat of thermal paste. I then reassembled the heatsink and fan and did the overheat reset thing. After leaving it to cool completely, I started it up again. No luck. Still got the solid red dot. I’ve done this twice already. I should mention that the light only goes red when connected to an HDMI cable, I’ve tried a couple of other cables....
