Does this model even have a replaceable PRAM/NVRAM battery? Why are you worried about this PRAM battery? Since Apple moved away from the 3.6 1/2 AA PRAM batteries, I have yet to see one of the new ones fail. Yes, there is a PRAM/NVRAM battery on the Logic Board....

Chosen Solution Hi, The fan on my MBA is running constantly when on battery, SMC Fan Control says CPU temp is 30-32 celcius and RPM is 6500. As soon as I plug the adapter in, the fan starts slowing down and gets quieter until it settles at around 1200 RPM, and temperature still remains the same around 30-32 celcius. I have reset the SMC and the PRAM/NVRAM. The OS is a fresh install (yes, I tried that too…) with no additional software on it except SMC Fan Control....

Chosen Solution Well, I spilled about 2 ounces of tea on my MacBook (in the upper left-hand corner where the chips are) - and it went dead in about 6 seconds, before I could grab and turn it upside down. I disassembled, removed RAM and blotted up the few drops of moisture I could find, blow-dried it, and let in sit 24hrs in open air. I then reassembled. On AC power, with a full-charged battery, I get to the chime-tone, and see the OS X box with the loader bar, then the screen goes dark and power light blinks, apparently going into sleep mode....

Chosen Solution I have recently returned from a repair store, where they are saying they don’t have the replacement part for my graphics card for my I mac and they cant do the replacement because it is an old model. I have found another tech company that will deal with the repairs but the works are very expensive. I am trying to find the graphics card myself and getting them to do the labour works at a cheaper price....

The button on the outside to activate the led indicators comes back out after pushing because of a circular piece of black foam....

Chosen Solution Hi there, Just replacement my iPhone 7+ front assembly today. Had to trouble shoot a few things along the way, but the oddest thing is happening now. The home button isn’t working but touch ID/finger print is working. For example I can hit the power button and then place my finger on the home button and my iPhone will unlock but pressing it won’t do anything. Any ideas? Chosen Solution I have a flashing horizontal line at the very very bottom of my TV and then 3” up from there is another line that is static. Another 3 or so inches up from that are two more lines that are pretty much static. This happened after 15 months of usage and Samsung told me to go pound sand. If I move it just right at the spot it connects to the headset it works, but generally it has stopped picking up sound from the mic. I presume you don’t have access to the original owner so in that case the only way to remove iCloud is to replace the BB/NAND and EEPROM IC with a matched set that doesn’t have iCloud activated....
