Chosen Solution The tablet is fully charged. I turn on the tablet and the shut down window appears and asks if you want to shut down. I can’t say ok or cancel. Or go back or to the home screen. No way to force restart. I haven’t used this in a long time, but I barely use it. I’m sure there is a way to restart. It’s almost like the screen doesn’t recognize the touch or is somehow locked....

Chosen Solution OK I’ve been lurking on eBay listings found a few ssd drives that say only compatible with iPod 5.5th gen classic and 7th gen classic. I found a few broken iPod classic 6th gen and 5th gen (80gb) on local Craigslist for 20 bucks and 30 bucks that won’t turn on. I have never repaired anything yet. Can you give me guidelines on what I need to gather. This is starting to interest me more like a pet project....

Chosen Solution Our 1999 Pontiac Grand AM Heater/De-Froster does not work. We replaced a single fuse (#13) but it did not fix the problem, not sure if it was the right fuse to replace. The fuse map says there are several blower fuses for AC and H/AC. Is there more than one fuse that would keep the heater from working? Thank-you Jack, there are 2 fuses that you want to look at one is in the fuse box on the driver side ( Fuse N - IPC HVAC Batt) and on the passenger side fuse panel (Fuse D- HVAC Blower) If both fuses are okay, there is a pretty good chance that it is the Blower Motor Control Processor....
Chosen Solution Hi! The little piece of glass that covers my camera got broken. I saw a video of someone taking apart a Moto G and that glass is glued to the camera unit. It’s not part of the back plate so I’d have to replace the whole camera or to glue another piece of glass or transparent plexiglass or something. What do you guys think? Chosen Solution I’ve got a 1st generation Time capsule and the power supply is fried. I removed the 500gb Seagate drive with no problem and installed it in a USB enclosure. Neither OSX nor Windows see the drive as anything usable. Both ask me to format the drive before I can use it. I’m not too concerned about the Time Machine backups that are on it but I was using is as a network drive as well and would like to try to recover those files....

That said, the problem is on the logic board when you can properly eliminate every other variable. Logic board repairs are not trivial and they are the last thing you want to undertake. You should take it to someone that offers microsoldering / board level repair for iPads. That digitizer connector will need to be replaced by them. I suggest this as usually with cameras (and computers) there is a set date and time message shown when the device’s settings’ backup battery has either gone flat, in the case of a coin cell battery or has failed, in the case of a capacitor which is used instead of a coin cell battery....
